Frequently Asked Questions
How does a cleanse work?

Juice cleanses are intended to replace meals, however we always recommend to listen to your body and do what you think is best. As your body adjusts to cleansing, you can expect changes in your sleep pattern, mood, and digestion. It's vital to stay hydrated throughout the entire cleanse.
Will I lose weight while cleansing?

Weight loss is a great side effect of a cleanse. But it's important to note that the main goal of cleansing is to eliminate toxins from the body, eliminate cravings, and reset eating habits. Weight loss varies for everyone during a cleanse, however on average it ranges between 2-8 pounds on a 3 day cleanse.
Can I eat solid food while on the cleanse?

For best results, we recommend sticking to the juices only as best as you can. But it's important to listen to your body, and if you feel that your hunger is more than just a craving, please stick to non-processed foods. Try healthy snacking such as nuts or the same fruits and vegetables in the juices.
For half day cleanses, please break your cleanses with wholesome light meals and stay away from excess sugars, carbs, and alcohol.
How often can I cleanse?

How often you cleanse is a personal choice. We suggest going on a cleanse whenever you feel like you need a reset and to change your eating habits. If you feel unusually tired, bloated, or just not yourself, it's a good time to cleanse. For the Immune Booster cleanse, this can be done more often as it's a great way to fuel your body with the nutrients it needs and prevent illnesses. As such, you can cleanse as often as weekly or monthly based your desired needs.
How long do the juices last?

We suggest drinking your juice within 5 days for maximum freshness and nutritional value. Once opened, juice should be consumed within 3 days. Juices must be stored in the refrigerator immediately upon receipt. If you aren't able to drink your juices immediately, you can store them in the freezer for consumption later.
